Notify Opt-in Options for Customer Service
Utility Management > Customer Service > Account > Edit Associated Customer
A Notify Communications section for delinquent notices has been added to the Associated Customers window in Customer Service:
Depending on the setup in the Management Console, the section provides checkboxes for Email, Text and Voice notifications. The Text and Voice checkboxes are enabled only if a Cell number has been provided in the Contact section above Notify Communications.

- From the 3-dot menu on the New World ERP card, click Configuration Settings.
- Click the Notify row to expand it.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner. The Notify Configuration Settings window displays in edit mode.

On the Authentication tab, fill in all fields with the appropriate entries:

On the Utility Management Processes tab, enable the appropriate notification methods:
Enabling displays the corresponding checkbox in the Notify Communications section in the Associated Customers window.
